If you purchase a voucher and don't make it this summer, we offer 100% exchange & your purchase NEVER EVER EXPIRES. You can also use your purchase as credit just like cash (Spent $30? now you have $30 credit) it is your responsibility to come before we close for the year late September (when it starts to rain often) if you can't, you can still use your purchase next year

First time kayaking or paddle boarding?
THAT'S OKAY! We get alot of newbies, we will give you free basic training (just ask for it) but after you give it a try for 10-15 minutes, you'll get it down. If a 70 year old grandma and a 8 year old kid can, you can too! (yes, paddle boarding too)

How do I redeem my purchase?
After the purchase, your name and order will be in our system, just bring your ID and we will find your order.
You don't have to redeem all rentals at once, you can redeem few one day and the other another day

What should I do before I come?
- Bring a mask
- Bring your ID AND Credit Card (even if paying cash)
- If it's hot, wear light clothing
