What's the catch here?
It's really important to us that were very clear to our customers and there's no surprises later. We're obviously offering a really good deal for our community so how can we make sure we keep our price low and members happy? We hope these questions answer that and any other questions you may have. 

  1. Can I actually keep the equipment for 30 days?
    1. Yes, it’s just based on availability, so your guaranteed 3 days then after that you can call in at the end of your 3 days to ask to keep the equipment longer. If no one else has reserved the equipment you can go ahead and keep it (we do have a lot of equipment in stock so typically it will take a while before we run out.) (For members who want to hold equipment longer then 3 days before heading out on your trip please call our member service line ahead of reserving)
  2. How do you know I won’t just runaway or damage your equipment and cancel my credit card? 
    1. To make sure we can keep our membership costs low we will have to put a $150 hold on your credit card before checking out. This hold does get removed and added back into your account the same day you return the equipment. The hold is only to help us cover any potential damages and partially for any loss/theft. Members who rent from us a total of 10 different times and return equipment on time, clean and undamaged will receive no hold privileges. This means we will no longer require them to have a credit card hold. 
  3. Your membership is so cheap, what if I just use it one time and cancel?
    1. Great question! In order to ensure our membership remains low, we need our members to stay with us. To prevent anyone from getting a membership and canceling next month. We will have a $59 cancellation fee, however, after 12 months of being a member the fee will be dropped. 
We understand some people are hesitant to join since our membership price is too low. We've received calls of people saying that it sounds too good to be true or that there's something that we're not mentioning. But there's nothing we're hiding.
